1. Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund, depending on the condition of the product.

2. Eligibility Conditions

• Item must be unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included
• Items showing signs of installation, damage, or wear may not be eligible

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-ordered, special freight, clearance, or electrical items are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.

4. Return Process

1. Email us at contact@racetoolsdirects.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
